Please Help!!!!?

I am not a vet but I have had experience when my daughter got a dog. Her cat started showing her Jealousy and/or displeasure by also peeing alot in all the wrong places , even on her and her husbands clothes. Some cats claim their territory and never will allow it to be inhabited by another animal! Bettyk
