Does anyone no why i cant buy any teleport stones on the airships in FF12?

Just by them at the Clan Provisioner, at the Muthur Bazaar in Rabanastre. You can also get them from Dyce in Balfonheim Port at Sea Breeze Lane. He is on the Chocobo. 200 gil for each. Maybe you have 99 of them, that's why you can't get any more.
