Cmos checksum bad - not simple?

Most of your errors are caused by your clock being off. Your clock is off because your CMOS battery is dead. Replace the battery. It's on your motherboard and is most likely a CR2032 type that you can get at any electronics store and even most grocery stores. Once you replace the battery, set the time/date correctly. Then your certificate errors will go away.
