Any programme to block users from using msn or yahoo messemger?

My unlce has juz arrived from far and is a person who will make full use of me & do noyhing in return. He wants to use my computer in the MIDNIGHT to be online. I wanted to say no, but I can't. So is there any application which will disable him from installing messenger into my com? Pls help. Urgent. Thx.
