Too much exercise...counterproductive?

Hey man adding that extra hour isnt a good idea its just going to make you over train...but honestly this injury is prolly the best thing that ever happened to you fitness wise..itll be good to take a few weeks off or so let everything recoperate. I bet when you get back in that gym youll never felt like you have before...do some meditaion to stay calm talk to a friend im addicted to the gym as well so when i cant get there I play video games watch tv...I also did this when i couldent make it to the gym I squeezed tennis while watching tv or doing anything...it was great for my grip strenght and a good muscle building exercise.
