Sony television repair.?

I was watching television and the set just turned off and will not turn back on. The light blinks continuously every second and after searching on the internet I found the following information. "Continuous blink once a second, no pausing - No reply from the jungle IC301 (data bus is busy, shorted to ground, or held high), IK video path is defective." I am fairly handy at fixing things but this electrical lingo is beyond my vocabulary. If someone could explain in common english what this means and if/how i could fix it I would be very grateful. Thank-You
