My pup is sick!! help?

my GSD pup is sick, i just now found out that shes sick when i went fed the other pups, she lost weight and she's been throwing up, and my parents aren't home yet and i don't have the vets number shes right now sleeping on a chair and sleeeping but shes still breathing , but shes breathing hard anyone can help me please???
