Most disappointing budget of UPA. only negative and underpressure.?

i was shocked to see the waiver granted to farmer r claiming to be beneficial to them. only those who r defaulter benefitted not all farmer. government try to change the pocket. money from account of GOV. indian transferred to the PSU banks. better way to provide relief to farmer was to enhance fertiliser subsidy, compulsory crop insurance and interest free loan for certain amount. second income tax benefit will only help organised sector employee. no provision for unemployed youth nor any provision for infrastructure. to get accelerate our groth it was required to give tax holiday for power sector especially non conventional energy, even subsidy. second rural electification was most important which was not addressed. it was a budget under pressure of inflation and communist. atleast not expecting such budget from chidmbram.
